Is the preview really free?
Yes. We build your preview at no cost and with no obligation. If it's not for you, just say so and we won't follow up.
What do I need to give you?
Nothing to start. We build the preview from your public info. If you go ahead, you can send us photos, your logo, or any changes you want.
How long does it take to go live?
Usually about a week after you approve the preview, depending on how fast we can settle your domain and final edits.
Do I need the Care plan?
No. It's optional. Without it, we hand the site off to you. With it, we host it and make edits for you for $29 a month, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once it's paid for, the site and its content are yours.
I don't have a domain. Is that a problem?
Not at all. We'll help you pick one. Domains usually cost about $10–20 a year, paid directly to the registrar in your name.
Where are you located?
We're based in Chicago and work with local businesses all over the US. Everything happens over email, so you never need to take time out of your day.
